General Terms and Conditions of Business - for all business transactions the German language version is binding.
- All deliveries by DINOtime are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Business.
- When placing an order the customer accepts thes General Terms and Conditions of Business without reservation, recognizes their validity in full as integral constituent part of any sales agreement.
- All Prices quoted in the catalogue are in Euro and valid until further notice subject to review.
- All overseas shipments are delivered via DHL or DPD, payment of all items in full in advance. Please contact us for for a quote on shipping charges before making your purchase.
- The purchaser can return the goods undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 Days of receipt without stating a reason. In the case of partial deliveries this period begins on receipt of the first delivery. Shipping charges for the returned goods are to be met by customer. Any returned items which are shipped carriage unpaid will not be accepted. The full purchase price will be refunded without delay subject to the satisfactory inspection of the returned items. This can be effected either as a refund of the purchase price or as a credit for further purchases, at the customer's discretion.
- We offer a full warranty on all items except fossils for a period of 2 years from the date of the purchase order. The warranty does not extend to damage due to incorrect use or wear and tear due to excessive usage by the customer.
- In the case of second-hand items typical signs of usage and normal wear and tear are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for a claim under the warranty given.
- We reserve the right to deliver orders in part shipments, as we are also dependent on the delivery times of our suppliers.
- In the case of fossils delivery can take up to 4 weeks as each cast is made especially for each order.
- The customer is obliged to inform DINOtime in writing without delay of any faulty or damaged goods.
